Yes you may claim the portion that was not paid with your HSA dollars. One thing that I've found this year is that Missouri is asking for documentation of your payments for your health insurance. I've been attaching a PDF file with the returns that I'm filing. I'm not sure how that will work if you're filing on your own with Turbo Tax or one of those...
